These terms cover how the Latitude Motorhomes catalogue may be used, what we are responsible for when you browse listings, and where our liability ends. They apply to every page on this site, including model pages, gallery shots, viewing requests and the trade-in and rental fleet sections. By using the site you accept them as written.
Body lengths, wheelbase, tare and GVM figures, fuel tank capacity, water and solar setup, sleeping configuration, fridge and gas fittings, tow bar ratings and ground clearance are recorded from the unit at the time of listing. Pre-owned stock changes, and a fitted accessory may be removed or replaced before handover. Nothing on this site is a final offer or a guarantee of availability. A listing becomes binding only through a signed sales agreement.
A viewing slot at the Kuils River yard or a walkaround video is arranged as a convenience, not as a reservation. We may move a date if a unit is out on a test drive, in for service or already sold. You are welcome to bring your own inspector or mechanic. Measurements you take yourself at the yard take precedence over the figures published here.
You confirm that the licence code you hold covers the unit you intend to drive, and that you have checked the tare and GVM against your own towing and loading plans. If you list a trade-in or a rental fleet unit with us, you confirm you are entitled to sell it and that the details you supply about its condition, service history and outstanding finance are accurate.
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, from a delayed viewing, or from a decision taken on the basis of a published specification. Suitability for a specific route, gravel road, park road or off-road track is your judgement, not ours. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Do not scrape listings in bulk, republish gallery shots as your own, or use the enquiry channels to send unrelated commercial messages. We may suspend access, remove a listing or decline a viewing request where the site is being misused. Content, photographs and specification tables remain our property or that of the supplier who provided them.
We update these terms when the catalogue, the yard process or the law requires it. The version published on this page is the one that applies from the date it goes live. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised text. If a change affects an agreement already signed, that agreement keeps the terms in force on its signing date.
