Best for quick questions about a listing, a trade-in record, or a request you already submitted. Have the model name or reference ready so we can find the file.
Use this for access, correction, portability or opt-out requests. Write "privacy request" in the subject line and tell us which email or phone number you used when you contacted us.
Messages that arrive after hours are read on the next working day. Requests that need a written reply are answered within a reasonable period, usually inside five working days.
We reply by email or phone, whichever you used first. If you asked for a walkaround video, the link is sent to the same address you wrote from. We do not run chat widgets on this site, and we do not ask for banking details over the phone or by message.
